Loosing Weight Whilst Gaining Muscle Is It Possible ?
hey… right so i want to loose weight & gain muscle…im 5ft 11 & weigh 225 pounds. My target is to loose between 42-49 pounds as i use to look anorexic if i was ever lower than this weight.
Right so my question is is it possible to gain some muscle mass while trying to loose this added weight. im on a calorie intake of around 1500 cals per day cut out soft drinks, beer, fast food etc & generally just eat alot healthier, cereals, egg whites, soup, salad, pasta etc & a lot of meat chicken mostly.
is it possible to gain some noticable weight ???
and also what do i do once ive reached my weight loss goal.. in terms of increasing calorie intake for muscle growth ???
Mummies Who Put On Weight All Over Their Body Whilst Pregnant?
as opposed to just belly & boobs.
Did you manage to lose it all? How much did you put on & how long did it take to lose?
Thanks ladies, I’m asking cause I never really thought about the fact that I would put weight on all over, but I have so hoping I will be able to lose it all after birth!
I am 30 weeks tomorrow & I have put on 15/16lb so far.
