If You Binge Eat At Night Would You Weigh More In The Morning Or Does It Take A Few Days To Put The Weight On?
I had a downfall on my diet last night & had a little binge, but when I weighed myself this morning I was 1lb lighter than when I weighed myself on Monday. I have lost 7lb in total over 3 weeks, & was annoyed with myself last night. If im good for the rest of the week would my little binge have must affect on my weekly weight loss/gain?
If I Do Push Ups 3 Times A Day Would That Work For Fast Muscle Growth?
i dont work out like most of you guys in the gyms so i just do push ups.do i still need that every other day rest thingy?
What Position Would I Be?
I’ll probably be about 5 foot 10 & 135 pounds as a freshman in high school. I’m pretty skinny but I hope to add some muscle over the summer. I played power forward this year because of a growth spurt plus my team was pretty small. I got the majority of my teams rebounds probably between 5-15 a game. I also got 3 or 4 blocks a game (I had 7 blocks in one game & six in another.) I had a few steals a game & lots of good passes to guards on fast breaks. Our guards didn’t pass the ball inside much so I only got 5-10 points a game. I can consistently knock down open shots & have range up to 15-18 feet with occasional 3’s. I’m not afraid to take charges or drive & get fouled where I shoot about 60-70%. I’m comfotable at sg or sf but can play pg or pf if I absolutely have to. What position should I try out for in high school.
Would Love To Gain Weight This Year!! Any Tips That Tried And Tested Definitely Work?
Hey folks, ok heres the dealio- I am a 25yr old female, about 5 10/11 ” & about 8 & abit stone. I have always been tall & skinny, it is inherited from my grandad. But I have grown up knowing I am different & it is something that continually gets me down, I hate my body & find it hard to find clothes that I truely feel confident in. I spoke to my doc & he said what everyone always say ” Most women would love to have your figure you should be happy in your shape blah blah blah” . But I would just so love to gain abit of weight, maybe a stone, & just fill out abit, so I can actually like my figure, & be able to wear clothes that at the moment just wouldnt suit me.
If anyone out there has gained weight by eating/drinking something every night/day for however long please let me know. I have quite a small appetite so find it hard to just eat more. But I will try anything if I know it will give me results,

Please give me some ideas on what I should have in my diet. Right now I go to the gym at least three times a week. I do cardio everytime i workout & i’m wondering if thats hurting me from getting stronger & gaining weight. I work my upper body once a week & my lower body also once a week.

Do you really need to gain weight? Don’t put weight on that you don’t need, it sure is hard to get it back off. I’d see a doctor & try weight training, but don’t go eating foods that are high in sugar, fats & carbohydrates. Good ole steak is my favorite

Would Anyone Recommend Cutting Out On Carbohydrates For A Healthy Weight Gain?
Recently, I had an appointment with a doctor who is not a nutritionist, but somewhat knows how to deal with people who have psychological problems regarding eating disorders. Because I am underweight (5′ 9″, 120 lbs.) & fear weight gain if I eat more calories per day, he said to me that I may become anorexic. Therefore, he rcommended that I need to be at a range of 125-130 by cutting out on carbs, increase my protein intake & weight lift more on exercise to build muscles.
I know & have read from a couple of websites about the dangers of low carb diet. Does anyone think that this is safe to do, for the sake of getting back to a healthy weight?
