How Do I Gain Healthy Weight ?
I’m 16, 5′4” & 95 lbs. I am very skinny but I eat a lot. I do not play any sports. My legs are long & the skinniest part of me, & are definitely lacking muscle. What kind of exercises can I do to help me gain muscle?
Healthy Weight Gain & Exercise?
I’m a 19 year old female, only 5′2 & weigh around 108lbs. My doctor wants me to gain weight (up to 115), but I’m also on an exercise routine in order to build up my muscle strength & endurance. (I plan on attending a police academy in the near future & will need to be able to pass the physical parts of the test). All I seem to read online is “If you’re hungry, eat. If you’re not hungry, eat.” If I eat when I’m not hungry, it makes me sick. I’m taking a multi-vitamin everyday, but I don’t eat much & I’m afraid I’ll lose weight the more I exercise. Any ideas?

How Can A Woman Gain Healthy/feminine Weight?
I am 5′4 & 103 pounds. I have very toned muscles so I don’t look like a stick, I’m very proportioned but with no curves. I am 20 years old, so had I not suffered with an eating disorder during high school I would probably be much bigger than I am now. My eating is normal now & I exercise a lot, keeping a toned body. However, now I’d like to gain about 10 pounds but do so in a healthy way & get a more feminine body. Does anyone have advice on good types/groups of food to eat for HEALTHY weight gain, & exercises that can give or accentuate womanly curves? I lift light weights, work out my abs a ton & do 30 minutes of cardio daily, but I don’t want to bulk up too much with all muscle, but also don’t want to gain weight in my stomach. Boobs & butt could use some fat though! Any advice from nutrition standpoints or experience would be GREAT!

Is My Workout Routine Faulty To Be Able To Tone Up And Lose Weight? How Come I Haven’t Seen Results?
I have recently joined a gym & have been working out for the past 4 weeks. My weight & height are 235 lbs & 6′2″ I have a larger then average body type from working in construction so the BMI is defiantly off a bit for me. I feel my ideal weight would be about two hundred. That said my question is as follows:
my workout consists of about 12 reps of heavy weight doing chest, arms, triceps, shoulders, biceps, & fly exercise. From there I go to the bike & bike for about 40 minutes, then do a second set of about the same weight, then I jog for about 40 minutes at 5 miles per hour & finish up with my third set. All in all I do this every other day & the routene takes about 3 hours to finish.
my question is, 1) when I am working out on the machines I see people just sitting on them, maybe doing 100 reps of a weight before moving on where as i only do about 12 will i still see gains?
and 2) its been 4 weeks & my weight has stayed basically the same however my intense workout schedule & now healthy eating should have lost at least a little in a month right?
How Do I Get Diet Pills Without My Parents Knowing?
I’m 12 & I weigh 166 lbs. I’ve tried exercising & eating healthy foods, but for some reason, I just GAIN weight. I’m really sick & tired of being the only person who weighs over 130 in my group of friends at school.

How To Stay On Track When Your Breaking An Eating Disorder?
Hey, I’m a think I m a normal girl, about 5′6″ & I weigh just under 140 lbs. The past few months I’ve been trying to break my habit of binge eating & obsessive dieting. I constantly try to skip meals & then I eat a lot in order to curb my hunger, only to feel guilty & start all over again. Ive been trying for about two months now & have forbidden myself from looking at the scale. Then last week I broke my rule & looked. I used to be 135 & even though its not that much more weight I have been freaking out ever since. I’m at the verge of a relapse, can anyone give me some tips on how to stay focused & feel more confident? I’ve been binge eating the last couple of days from stress & worry of gaining even more weight. I do exercise & eat a mostly healthy diet. Even though people do tell me positive things like I’m beautiful, I feel more inclined to think they are just being friendly.

After I gave birth to my daughter I lost all of the weight that I had gained from the pregnancy but than once I got back on the pill I gained 10lbs & I can’t get rid of it. I eat healthy exercise 30 minutes daily & when it is nice out I walk. The only thing I can think of to cause this is the pills. Any one else have this problem or know of any thing that can help me. Trying To Gain Weight?
I’ve been eating medium to large meals about five times a day & exercising (aerobic & anaerobic). I’m choosing protein-rich & nutrient-dense foods. I’m not sure exactly how many calories I’m consuming daily, but I think it’s between 3000 & 3500… is that too much to have a healthy weight gain? I do have a fast metabolism, I have yet to really see results, but it seems everywhere I read about healthy weight gain they say you should only have around 2500 calories a day. What do you say?
