Ive recently been losing weight cos i did want too & first i lost 2 stones then i just kept going, turn into like an addiction, friends were telling me im getting skinny but everytime i dropped a dress size in jeans i got even more excited, im a size away from being a zero! BUT i went to a party & looking back at foto’s i think my face looks scarily thin!! i want my plum face back, i dont care bout putting weight on again as long as i look healthy! ive been eating loads of full fat foods cos i want to put on as much weight by the weekend, ive looked online for how much weight u can put on in a week but searches keep comin up as how much weight to loose!!

The pain in my knee started last night at work when i tripped over the carpet…i didnt feel any pop or pain but by this morning i couldnt straighten my leg or put weight on it..when i do my knee gives out an has an excruciating pain in the back of my right knee. please help me figure out what it is.

M dog is looking a little skinny to me. If I give her a cup of white rice a day will she put some weight on?

I just can’t seem to put weight on my legs.
My top half is fine, but my legs stay scrawny.
I look like a blooming hourglass being supported by toothpicks. xD

Whenever I stand up or walk or put any pressure on my left hip it hurts. I can’t think of anything recent I would have done that could have hurt it. It started hurting 2 days ago, just sporatically, then yesturday it hurt on & off & now it hurts all the time i move it, except when I swim.
What could possibly be causing this? What would you suggest doing?

I wanted to build a square box for my trailer bed, but I would like it to actually be longer than the bed & built over the tongue. Will this affect my trailer?

whenever Im running i feel pain in my hip. It really hurts when i just put weight on it. & its on the outside of my hip. I went 3 weeks without running on but i ran yesterday & it still hurts. If any one has any idea of what it is & how to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I’m just starting out on the new Atkins Diet & have lost a few pounds. Ive been reducing my daily carb amount to 20-30 grams per day. I’m doing it for health reasons, not just for weight loss, so please no lectures!
I’m worried that I will put the weight back on when I finish the diet. If I start to eat carbs again, but in moderation & eat less than 1500 calories per day, will I still gain weight??

She is an 11 yr old with good hay source, dewormer program & floated teeth. I feed 3lbs Ultium & fat pak 100 2x’s a day. I have recently added Pure Lysine to help with muscle tone. What can I do?

I have a mini horse who’s a starvation/neglect case. He’s been wormed & seen by the vet, in pretty good spirits, but very, very thin. I had to start him on wet food by syringe because he didnt know how to eat grain. Now he is eating on his own. Ive been gradually increasing his food so as not to cause him to founder. Anyone have any tips for fattening him up quickly, but safely?

hi, im on my 14th week of pregnancy, so far i still havent put on any weight, i weigh 8.5 stone. I really was hoping i would have put abit on by now as im quite tall. my bmi is fine but if i were half a stone less i would be underweight. i eat right & eat as much as i should but dont seem to have put any on yet. thanks

About 36 hours ago I got 15 stitches for a 3-inch cut on the side of my foot (from above the ankle to about half an inch above the bottom of my foot.) At the ER they gave me crutches & told me not to put any weight on it at first but I am wondering for how long I have to do that. I don’t want the stitches to open but I would like to get back to normal ASAP. Any advice?

im 17 & weigh about 10 stone but im skinny, but do i have to put on weight first then work out after to get bulky muscular arms or can i just work out & my muscles will expand & grow & naturally become large & bulky?

Ok i have a 1yr old pitt bull, she is so active & never stays still. I know she eats enough & is cared for. She is an inside dog who takes heart worm prevention pills. I have asked the vet from time to tim if she is healthy because she is so thin. She has great mussel tone. I hate for people to look at her like that, I don’t want anyone to think she is uncared for. So how do i put weight on her cause i can’t stand to she her this way.

Mine is due anyday now & I have just started a diet but am putting on weight rather than losing it!!!!
