I had a downfall on my diet last night & had a little binge, but when I weighed myself this morning I was 1lb lighter than when I weighed myself on Monday. I have lost 7lb in total over 3 weeks, & was annoyed with myself last night. If im good for the rest of the week would my little binge have must affect on my weekly weight loss/gain?

Say i was to jog or do some sort of exercise for about 40mins, do i put the weight back on after Ive eaten?
(start jogging at 11am finish at 20 to 12pm. have lunch at half 12) does the weight get put back on?
my friend thinks, eating.. then jogging.. then eating means im not losing or gaining anything.
i replied saying, that would mean if i dont do exercise then i would just be putting on weight right?
im 16 if this makes a difference

I “adopted” a TWH mare a little over a year ago that was extremely neglected, almost starved to death. I’ve managed to put a little weight on her, but she is still thin. I don’t want to put weight on her to fast but I thought she would be bigger by now. I’m open to any suggestions that can help her,us.

Last week I had unprotected sex (twice) & I took the Plan B pill (twice in one week). I took both of them within the same hour after the unprotected sex. He also did not finish in me. But I know there’s pre-*** & we had unprotected sex while I was in my fertile phase.
I’ve been experiencing symptoms such as: back pain (lower right, but I might have back pains because of dance & putting a lot of weight on my back by carrying a lot of things), cramps (i had severe ones earlier, now they’re just mild), dizziness, headaches, fatigue & bloating. Along with those symptoms, I’ve been having light brown discharge, which could be associated with implantation bleeding along with mild cramps.
I’ve also been taking a lot of Vitamin C (3000-6000 mg) ever since I had unprotected sex & drinking parsley tea in an attempt to induce my period. My period’s is supposed to be due in a week. But I’m just paranoid. Also, I took a First Response test 2 days ago & it came out negative (probably too early to get accurate results).
Could it be that taking 2 Plan B pills in within one week make my hormones spaz out?
What should I do now?

Ive recently had a baby & want too loose the stone ive put on. I have cut out all the crap in my diet (which i must say i totally gorged before) not had ANYTHING since Tuesday. I weighed myself today & I lost 2 pounds in 4 days.
Has anyone had success from just eating normaly MINUS the rubbish & bread & butter?

i am 14 years old 5′11, a male & i look very very very skinny even though i way 102 pounds.i just want to gain weight to put some meat on my bones.now i dont want any protein shakes or crap like that.What should i eat?how much of it should i eat?how many times a day should i eat it?point is how could i get fatter really fast? now before you guys go off saying im only 14 please remember i look extremely skinny & yet im pretty tall so that makes me look really skinny.i want to look fatter so my arms & legs dont look like twigs!

I’m 16 weeks & VERY stressed out & grumpy & every little thing bugs me. Nothing is going right! I’m still peeing alot! And i’m SOOOO hungry! I’ve put on almost 20 pounds & i’m scared i’m gaining too much weight.

I have a huge double paned bay window in my bedroom. First thing I noticed when we moved in was the plastic blinds were melted & charred. the landlord said that he needed to get metal blinds because the window magnifies the sun. Because there is a street light right outside my bedroom I put a blanket up over it to sleep at night. The blanket is not that heavy, maybe 5 pounds at most that is hanging from the ceiling so there is no weight on the window frame A few months ago I noticed a large crack going up the window. I called my landlord & at first he said it was the weight of the blanket that cracked the window. I told him it wasnt hanging from the window but it was hanging from the ceiling. He called me back a few days later & said it was because there was heat trapped in between the blanket & the window. keep in mind this was middle of winter so there was no heat coming into the window. Now there is 3 huge cracks all coming from the same spot on the bottom of the window & a chunk of glass is wanting to fall out. Now he is expecting me to pay the 950.00 to replace the window because the heat trapped in the blanket is what broke it.

About 5 months ago, I stubbed my big toe & lifted the nail up a bit & broke it, & it starting bleeding pretty badly, now a couple weeks ago i clipped my big toe nail & all the dried blood, & dead skin under my toe nail came out. I noticed I had an ingrown toe nail, & about a 5 days ago, my big toe started feeling like it had lost circulation, like the pins & needles feeling, & it feels very weird & awkward when i put weight on it, almost as if it is numb. What is wrong with it? Am I going to lose my toe?

ive had him for a year & a half now & his put on weight if you look at him but the tape says his lost weight. i would like 50 more lbs on him. his 16hands & is 910lbs but he looks great real toned & nice looking you can just see 5 ribs but there’s fat around them & is top line is good. he get a good quality feed 10% fat 12% protein & 22% fiber. what can i do?
