I mean without eating fast food, drinking sodas & so on… I would like to stay healthy but can’t seem to do both. Any advice? I am drinking protein shakes like crazy, eating a lot of carbs but no luck

I’m a pretty skinny man & I need to gain weight. I don’t really have time to work out. Can you give me tips to gain weight effectively & without artificial means? What should be my meal time-table? What should I eat?

I have a fast metablism. I’m not underweight but I would like to gain a few more pounds. Any tips? It is really hard for me to gain weight unless I grow taller or something. I’m not super out of shape. I do physical activity at least once a week.

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice to give me on weight gain techniques. Ive been skinny my whole life & currently weigh about 135 & am about 5′11″ & i know that sounds unhealthy but i do eat regularly & am really really active in a ton of sports. Obviously i blame this on metabolism but does anyone have any good advice on how to beat it? thanks!
